[ The AI builder ]

Your site gets its own AI. We install it.

This studio builds through AI, in the open. Every engagement ends the same way: the tools we used get installed into your AI, on your account, and we teach your team to drive it.

[ In the open ]

We use it first, on ourselves.

The page you’re reading was built through an AI loop: a person decides, the AI builds, instruments measure, and the revision counter on the front page is stamped from the build history every deploy. Press M on any page and the site measures itself in your browser. That loop is not a demo. It is how the work gets done here, and it is what you inherit.

[ The installation ]

What “installing the tools into your AI” actually means.

Most vendors keep this part vague on purpose. Here it is, spelled out.

  • Your account, not ours. The AI seat is yours — you hold the login and the billing. After handover, nothing about your site routes through us unless you choose the bench.
  • The playbooks go in. Everything we learned building your site is written down and installed as instructions your AI loads: how your pages are structured, how your brand rules work, how a change gets verified before it ships.
  • The instruments go in. Every measurement script we used lives in your repo, documented. Your AI can run them: speed, contrast, broken links, lead paths — the same bar we held ourselves to, now held to anyone you hire after us.
  • The editing loop goes in. Change copy, photos, and pages by asking in plain English. The AI makes the change, checks it, and shows you the result — the loop from the front page, running on your own seat.
  • The watchdog goes on duty. An AI monitor on your site, set up with you before we leave. Checks run on a schedule; a failure lands in your inbox, in plain English.
  • Your team learns to drive. Handover week includes training: your people, your machines, real requests. We leave when the loop runs without us.

Day one after handover looks like this: open your AI, type “what changed on my site this week?” — and get an answer with numbers. Type “swap the hero photo for the new listing shot” — and watch it happen, checked, the same afternoon.

What it doesn’t do. Taste. The AI executes and verifies; it doesn’t decide what your brand should feel like. Big design moves still deserve a designer’s eye, which is why every build leaves with two doors open: run the loop yourself, or keep Standing Design on the bench for the work that needs one.

The part that takes us: wiring all of this once, correctly, so that a plain-English ask really does end in a verified change. The AI handover kit ships with The Canopy and The Heartwood, or spec it into your own build.

The readout of your current site is produced by these same instruments. No pitch attached.
